On 29 April I called to make and appointment. The receptionists took a very long time to answer the phones. I was put on hold twice before making an appointment at 3. I came to Mesicross at 2:45 and was only helped by 3: 15 . There were just two receprionists on duty and the rest was sitting or standing in close vacinity. What is the point of making an appointment when you are not helped at that time.
