When making an appointment over the phone this week I received the worst attitude from the receptionist on the other side. When I asked what appointments were available she snapped back at me and said "Well you tell me else I'm going to sit here calling out the whole day to you." On arrival for my appointment all I saw were long faces and even heard one of the younger ladies complaining at the front desk about a work related matter. This is not the first time. It has become a known thing that if you call Medicross Table View you will be greeted with extremely unfriendly, abrupt receptionists. A patient comes there because they are ill, not to be made to feel worse by unprofessional rude people.
