Upon visiting the dentist after struggling to get an appointment the dentist examined me and told me to come back and after appearing for the second appointment i found out that the dentist was not available. I wasnt notified at all and drove all the way there for noting. I received a claim for the first appointment where nothing had been done. Even though it is considered a consultation i was not told and i believe this must be a money making scheme as there was no attempt to help me at all. I went there specifically to get some work done as i cannot just take off whenever i feel like it. I am extremely upset and i will be moving to another dentist
