NOT PICKING UP PHONES TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

CALLED ON THE 12/06/13 WANTING TO MAKE A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT FOR MY MOTHER WHO IS UNDER STATE HOSPITAL CARE. DOCTOR THERE GAVE GER THE NUMBER TO PHONE BUT SHE ASKED ME TO DO IT FOR HER. I PHONED THE NUMBER 021 402 6911 GOT TRANSFERED ABOUT 4 TIMES PEOPLE SAYING WHEN I COME BACK TO THEM THAT I MUST HOLD OR CALL SISTER PHILANDER ON 021 402 6202 NO ANSWER BY HER. CALLED AGAIN A SISTER WILLEMSE HELPED ME ALSO WAITING WITH ME ON THE LINE FOR OPD DEPARTMENT THE NUMBER GIVEN TO ME TO CALL OPD IS 021 402 6325 NO ANSWER. SO PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU WANT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BY THIS HOSPITAL DO YOU NEED TO WAIT HALF A DAY TO GET ONE AND IF YOU GET AN APPOINTMENT WILL YOU HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER HAVE DAY TO GET ASSISTED. KINDLY GET BACK TO ME BECAUSE THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. IF YOU CANT WORK WITH PEOPLE GET OUT CAUSE THE MONEY THAT YOU ARE EARNING WILL NOT LET SICK PEOPLE GET BETTER.
