When we arrived there was no one to greet us, even thought the owner was in their room. We were told there would be someone to cook us breakfast but when speaking to the staff they had no idea and were nowhere to be found when breakfast time came. The place is dirty and rundown. We brought in our own cleaning staff the day before our event as the place was disgusting. We had to move some of the furniture as it was broken and was dangerous should someone try use it. We paid in full over 6 months in advance and still had to pay a R500 deposit to use the keys to go in and out. The day after our event we, as well as our guests, did a good clean up of the place. We then had to ask for our deposit back and were told that staff had to be hired to clean after us so we would not be getting our deposit back. After we had cleaned ourselves all that needed to be done was a sweep and mop of the floors and sheets to be changed. Is this not part of the service we paid in full for? I would not recommend this place to anyone. Its dirty, unhygienic and clearly the owner has no morals. Wish I had seen all the reviews on the net before hiring this place.
