Ntombi who refused to give me her surname and refused to call the Team leader and kept saying he is not in was absolutely clueless of what I was talking about and how to assist me. To top it all she was CHEWING in my ear... And then she continues to say "your asking for my team leader now because your upset I told you you owe Sars."
I cant even begin to explain what a circus conversation we had, all that's needed is for that recording to be played. It will explain this better.
