A while ago I opted to receive my HealthyFood Benefit from Woolworths instead of Pick a Pay.
Items for which I receive Vitality points are indicated on the Woolworths till slip with the letters "VIT" next to them.
Yesterday I went grocery shopping at the Woolworths Food in Moreleta Village and upon closer inspection I noticed that I did not receive Vitality points for items such as "Cooked Baby Beetroot", "Mediterranean Vegetables and Couscous" and "Low Fat Guava Yoghurt".
I want to know why not.
I have a feeling that at Pick a Pay, many more items qualified for Vitality points than at Woolworths. If this is really the case, Vitality members should have been warned before switching to Woolworths. It seems quite dishonest to me.
