I had an incident on the 26th of December 2012 where I had to go to the emergency room. I paid the bill and promptly send my claim to be repaid in the first week of 2013. After numerous emails they only send me proof of paying me back today. I don't think Day 1 Health or Affinity Health really care about their customers.
