I am being blacklisted for an account that the medical aid was supposed to pay, they did not settle the account
with lancet lab at lenmed clinic i contacted the call centre at medihelp and enquired abouth the account and the call centre agent told me that the lab only submitted the invoice in march, i then contacted the lab again and i was told that the medical aid was lying to me bcause they summited it on time its been 3weeks now and no one has contacted me from medihelp
