I travel a lot to Polokwane for business reasons and have always stayed at The Lofts. My last stay at The Lofts was absolutely disappointing. I stayed over for 2 nights and for a 4 star place the customer service at the front desk is very poor, the place is extremely stingy (coffee, milk, water etc), they offer 10 MB of free Wi-Fi, there after you have to pay to use the Wi-Fi. It wasn't a pleasant stay at all. Very disappointed.
