Mother had to go in for a biopsy. Had to be at hospital at 11am. Was scheduled for the procedure for 13:00. At 15:00 she was still waiting in bed with explanation sorry, they are late. This explanation is totally unexceptable. My parents stay out of town and it's not like they are around the corner. After the procedure they need to travel far to get home. Wich could be avoided is the staff were competant and did their work properly. I am very discusted with their service and don't care attitude.
