Not one of my claim with this useless organisation has been dealt with in a professional manner. The incompetence and no care attitude is mind boggling.
I urge everyone to save themselves the frustration and stay away!!!
I submitted my dental invoices to the dedicated dental claim centre. True to their pathetic no care or follow through attitude they just returned a mail saying that they cant read all the numbers. I resubmitted the documentation in another format and again had some excuse why it couldn't be processed. I eventually submitted the documentation in about five formats to make sure they understand. My documentation clearly reflected my proof of payment, seperate to the documents that they claimed they had queries on.
At the same time the dentist submitted the paperwork and was promptly paid for something I have already paid. Now the claim centre is giving me attitude saying I have to sort it out. How about picking up the phone and phoning a client when there are obvious issues. MAYBE ITS TIME YOU TOOK TIME AND LEARNED SOME LESSONS FROM PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL AIDS LIKE DISCOVERY or anyone else for that matter.
