Doesn't want to pay anything anymore?

I went to my doktor Braam Louw in Humansdorp. He said that 1 of his patients was diagnosed that week with stomach cancer, and therefor referred me to Dr. E Fredericks, a Gastroenterologist in Port Elizabeth. I phoned Resolution to get authorization to be hospitalized. They said that they will not pay this procedure cause it can be done in consulting rooms. As I do not have any medical qualifications, I had to rely on whats said to me. I was shocked and phoned dr. Fredericks and wanted to cansel the procedure. His rooms confirmed that it will be done in the consulting rooms, and that Resolution will pay for it. When arived at the consulting rooms, they referred me to check in at the Greenacres Hospital, same building as his consulting rooms. I waited till 3 o? lock that afternoon before he done the procedure. After 1 month, I received a bill of R3 965.60 and phoned. They said to me the procedure had to be done at the Hospital as I checked in. Why did I checked in? I was said to check in. I do not work there, and I believe any patient would do what was said? What am I paying med aid for? The firts time in more than 10 years to be hospitalized. Paid - R240 000 but claimed R3 900 reject
