I recently took my youngest daughter to Wilgers hospital for an Xray and the person at reception who helped me was a gentleman named Bongi. What an absolute please it was to deal with such a happy, smiling and caring individual - he needs to be commended for his wonderful attitude. It is so unusual today to encounter this kind of service. He was wonderful to both me and my daughter and never stopped smiling the whole time we were there. It was really nice to see someone so happy at work and I thank him very much. He really deserves to be given recognition for this lovely attitude.
