I called the Discovery call centre on two seperate occassions trying to figure out how my medical works and what the point is of paying a medical and still having to pay everything out of pocket and both consultants were not forthcoming with any information or help, the MAPS section on the bwebsite too needs updatings as I have tried to contact 2 dr's already and not one of them I can get hold of as they are no longer at the respective hospitals as stated. I don't see the point of working through discovery if I cannot get the information i need.
