I had the pleasure of going away the long weekend and we decided to go through to Fortuna Resort near Balfour. Very nice place.
A lovely and friendly lady by the name of Rosa in reception.(Deals with bookings) helped me during the week with my booking and I was very happy with the service, happy friendly even at checkout time we were the only patrons left at the resort on a Sunday at 4pm most people would have been miserable but not her.helpful and frien
The cafe is run by OOM Frans offered advice on certain products that we should use to fish with, he was playfull with the kids a pleasure. We had paid for our charcoal the Friday night but confusion with children we left it in the shop the next day he gave it to us as he knew we left it
The lady who runs thehot pools was friendly and patient as my son had her up and down with questions he is only 5
The cleaning staff are great I think it was a lady Eustace that assist me when i checked out
It was the first time we took friends and they were just as impressed by all this wonderfull service, Me and my family will be back very soon, this is the family resort we all would love to go to everyweek end wonderful wonderful
