Hotel Express International
No service at all

I am a Holiday Club member so Hotel Express is added as a "service" and have tried to use this "service" 6 times in 2012 but either, no answer, no one to help and someone will get back to me (still waiting), and the one time someone answered that actually could help - "I'm sorry but the system is down". What the am I paying for obviously to have my money. Useless bunch and nowhere can I complain. Even Holiday Club does nothing
