As I entered I asked were are the necklaces made of Tiger Eyes since I need to buy for some overseas friends that in the previous years we all the time buy them from there. One sales lady pointing the finger indicated vaguely some points in space of the shop. When politely I explained that I ca not find them in the usual spot indicated to me to another point in space. Looking at the direction of the finger I realised that she is not aware of what a client is all about so I asked other lady. Much helpfully but the credit card facility was not working although she said that my bank declined. I checked on my way back with my bank and the manager at Blue Route explained that it was the Vendor machine problem. So the sales lady does not know how to use the machine or is just a. I settled the amount in cash and received a Tax invoice of a payment of 1950 of which I received a change of 1000 rand. I just paid 950 and 85 cents. It is strange because I can not use the invoice for accounting purposes. PLEASE if this is the service for us locals I can not think what is the service for tourists. I will go mane and I will keep posted about this saga. This happened on the 20 04 2013 at 12 50.
