Momentum cancelled my membership a month too early leaving me with no Medical Aid cover, yet still deducted my account for that month, and still sent a letter of 'notice of debit' for the next month coming. After complaining and stating that what they did was not only unacceptable but, they told me they would refund it that night but yet have not followed through on their promises!
