I have had the WORST customer service experience EVER from Momentum Health and after being a member for nearly 3 years have now terminated my membership as I cannot believe that a company like this is in operation!!!
I requested an upgrade on my membership 3 months ago. ( contribution to be more than double of my current option f)
Not only did I have to make countless calls to the call centre requesting the status, I was also wrongly informed of the various option cover, I was then upgraded without being notified and when I asked for a letter stating that I have now been upgraded so that I could give this information to my payroll department for administration I kept being emailed the wrong information!!!
On my 3rd attempt for this proof of upgrade, I was told that this is how a standard confirmation to clients go out. ( the incorrect letter I kept receiving stated that the commencement date was 2010 even though I kept calling to state that my UPGRADE is only effective 1 March 2013) this I am told is the only way it can be done!!!
Seriously, so how do I or my company explain this to SARS not only is this illegal it is down right STUPID MOMENTUM, get your house in orde
