It's not often that one can say that you have a good experience when calling an insurance service provider. Fortunately, I didn't have a good experience i had a PHENOMENAL ONE!
My soon to be husband asked me to get information on the medical aid and how it would cover him in hospital so earlier today (2nd Jan 14) I gave Momentum buzz. Lucky I got Scelo on the line (Spelt Sugar, Cat, Elephant, Lemon and Orange) not only ways he pleasant, well-mannered and informative but most importantly, he actually cared about making me understand the different plans. He took the time and effort to let me write down information as he spoke and with great patience explained to me things like PMB, LJP and waiting periods. What amazed me most was that at the beginning of our convo he told me he was in the Authorisations Department, but he managed to explain EVERTHING detail even when he "advised" that this was not his area of expertise. Its is simply because of this young man that when I am able to join my own medical aid Momentum Health will be the only option for meFinally, Scelo thank you again, consider applying for customer service/retention.because you simply are JUST THE RIGHT BLEND.
