I needed a copy of my medical report relating to my visit to the Centre during Sept 2012. I phoned and Jenny Moss answered the call, she was very warm and helful when answering, putting me at ease (as you know these matters can be quite taxing on one). Told her what my requirements were, and if she could fax the information to me. She advsed that normally the fax copies were not that good and recommended that the information be emailed to me. She requested that I remain on the phone, whilst she searched for my file, so that she could deal with my request immediately. I held on for 30 seconds and she came back on the line and advised that she found my report and would email the information to me.
I made the call at 13:32 and the information landed in my email at 01:45... so within a matter of 8 minutes I had end to end service delivery... that is brilliant!!!
It was a pleasure to be at the receiving end of quality service.
