Very Unhappy with service

I took out Affinity MEDICAL AID on the 1 DEC 2012. I then upgraded to the full comprehensive plan on the 1st Feb 2013.To date i still did not receive a new contract nor a new medical aid card.
I was sick and went to a GP they provided me with, he then referred me to a specialist who admitted me into hospital. I made contact with Affinity who gave me a ref no for Admission to hospital - Ref no N1304090016.This was then referred to the admission ward of Lenmed Hospital.
The fallowing morning the admission clark comes to me and tells me that I have to pay R8500 admission fee if i want to remain in hospital, due to my medical aid (Affinity) not wanting to pay as I dont have a medical aid, but and insurances plan, This was not what I was sold in December 2012. I then requested all my calls to confirm that i was indeed sold a medical aid. I had to get out of my sick bed and go to reception to call Affiniy, from my cell phone, waiting for over 30 min for them to transfer me to a manager for assistance. I eventually after having to be rude and uprapped with the agents, and was assisted by a lady Margaret Mashimbye, from 1 Day, who are the brokers for Affinity who promised to call me ba
