Vitality have a habit of making a mess of everything and getting it all wrong.
Since 1 January they have continuously up my vitality benefits, points and status.
They all have different excuses for it happening and keep telling me it is rectified.
Nothing has ever been rectified.
They are about as useless as a company can get.
