Discussing service, lack of service

I am trying to down grade my medical aid plan and am sick and tired of getting the run around and from your call centre. All relevant documents were sent to you last week and still nothing has been done. I have just spoken to Brandon Mokte in your centurion branch, he claims to be a manager but he refused to help me or give me phone numbers so I could do his job for him, I would like to put in a formal complaint about this person, what kind of manager refuses to help the customer and then tells them to call back tomorrow then hangs up. I spoke to another call centre agent called Justine who said he could help me to do this. I want my medical aid plan downgraded now, I have given you everything you asked for almost a week ago, what is taking so long. Someone there better call me immediately on 0835737888. I have spoken to about 10 call centre agents and all tell me something else. I have been on the phone for over 4 hours now and nothing has been resolved. You have just cost me R4000 with you complete lack of incompetence, well done. I hope you feel good about yourselves.
