Absolutely disgusted. We are now in the final few days of January and my carry over Vitality points from 2013 are STILL not reflecting.
Furthermore, a reasonable and simple query email sent to their customer centre on Thursday, 23rd January STILL not answered. Today I cannot access functionality such as airline bookings on the Vitality Rewards section of the Discovery site because there are no accumulated points for the system to calculate a discount.
For a company that is so pompous and up its own proverbials all the time, YOU, VITALITY and DISCOVERY need to spend some time in the gym and get rid of the deadwood / flab that obviously populates your "customer service" desk.
How disgusting.
