This email below was sent - 5weeks ago. they still owe me R320 and I would like them to refund the entire holiday. Please see email below
That is incorrect why I am being charged R1799 for a room chance on the 17th according to the attached bill. What is going on here!!!
I need this to be correct ASAP today.
Beside all the below, Fairmont stuffs up my bill and take 3 weeks to fix it.
This is from a lack of training/understanding from the staff at Fairmont. How can I be charged for moving rooms? Not once but twice
o The room (5002) was smelling (sewerage).
o We called reception and we got no help
o We went to reception then we moved rooms. Room 5004 the safe wasn't working, again we called for assistance NO one came to help.
o At breakfast there was hair in my food.
o 6007 great room. Buy we were charged for moving from 5004
Please note tha if all the above is not corrected today I will be going to the media
