Delay in Processing My Pending claims

This is a follow up about my pending savings from my account with discovery. I encountered complications with the cheque for my savings which was sent to me by discovery in August 2013. Thereafter, I was sent the change of banking details form which I completed and sent back together with the Bank Statement, as well as the copy of my Passport. I was then promised that the payment for my savings will be made electronically to my FNB Bank Account within 3-5 working days but I am now in 10th day still have not received any payment. This is just the humble follow up about the stage where the transaction is at this moment and why it took more days than I was promised
