I just received an SMS from Torga informing me that I owe them R900. I immediately called the branch to let them know that I in fact had canceled the order (my husband phoned in December 2012). The woman told me that it was not canceled and there was no way that I could cancel. I was then put through to a very rude woman in Accounts who told me that if I did not pay, she would be handing me over to the lawyers. WHAT? I don't even HAVE the contact lenses?!! Torga Optical, I have never received such rotten customer service in my life!!!
