I booked a "Luxury self-catering chalet, double bed, etc. We found 2 single beds and a blocked shower, no kettle & shared braai with the chalet a few meters away. EVERYTHING else is shared in a lapa. I asked for the double bed I booked for and told them about the shower. The lady said her cleaning staff is away for Easter, but she'll see what she can do. Later that day we moved and everything was sorted. We went to a dam nearby and got stuck in clay mud. I did not have a number, so I went onto the website to get it. The signal jumps from 0 to 1 bar. I got 2 smsses through. Few hours later, they came by. The guy asked in a raised voice and extremely rude: "What are we doing! " He said that today he's going to be rude to me & asked why I phoned his brother? The nr I phoned was on THEIR website. He asked me why I did not answer my phone? THERE'S NO SIGNAL! The lady said she is upset that I had the cheek to ask for a double bed. According to her, I should have pushed the 2 single beds together, it's the same thing. I'm sorry that I wanted something that was advertised. How can I complain about a bed and a blocked shower? Silly me! I never ever experienced such utterly rudeness in my life. Its as if THEY did us
