My husband and I set out to buy a new bed for our spare bedroom. We attended at Joshua Doore and obtained a pamphlet reflecting all their special offers. They advertised an edblo bed, single, double or queen size (all for the same price) of R1999.99. We wanted a queen size bed and was very pleased with the offer. We asked the sales lady, but was informed that the bed was discontinued. We were amazed, as this was only advertised now. We asked to speak to the manager, but was informed that the manager was not available. We were referred to the stock controller who informed us that the beds were not discontinued, but not available in the store. She could however order one for us. We indicated that we wanted her to order, but was then informed that no Queen size beds were available anywhere. This after they specifically advertised that the single, double and QUEEN size were available all for the same price. We then decided that we will purchase a Restonic bed from them for the price of R 3600.00 This bed was never delivered even though my husband paid in full. We experienced them as dishonest and untrustworthy. We won't ever buy from them again!!!
