What a fiasco Sun International is
I wanted to book accommodation on Thursday 24 October for Monday the 28 October for two people at the Cabanas. My first call I was told that they only have single beds available. My second call I was told they could not guarantee me a double bed. I then asked how do I ensure a double bed and was informed I must phone the Cabanas themselves. I then phone the Cabanas and when I say I want to make a booking no reply just put back onto Central Reservations line. I then ask again and get told a double bed is possible but I must call and confirm first with the Cabanas. I phone the Cabanas again and speak to Daniel (Manager) who says he cannot assist me I must do it through Central Reservation but he can book me a double room when I phone him with my booking number
So I phone again and get told there are no double beds available as Central Reservations books the double beds when booking
Come on guys catch a wake up three different stories from 4 different people. Do you know what is going on?
