One year ago we booked into Klein Kariba for our weeks break and was booked into the dirtist chalet I have ever been to. I also paid up front for servicing of the chalet ever day. well that never happen so we had a fight with the staff and asked for a refund on that.
Speaking to an AA assecor about the chalet and showing her the photos i took she said that I must complain to ATKV and AA
, which I did.
Up to now I have never recieved the feedback as promised and no appolagy from them. As manager of a Resort I exspect good clean chalet for the price you pay and not a dump prvided by them
