I just felt like I couldn't just stop there.
- The bathroom in one of the chalet was leaking and even asking for a mop seemed to be quite a mission
- When we asked for dish-washing liquid to wash some of their dishes we used we were told that it's a "self-catering" chalet therefore should have brought our own dish-washing liquid.
- The sheet on one of the beds had a stain and yet they've just changed them. The lady that works there rudely INSISTED that we had spilled coffee on the sheets and when asked how we could spill coffee when we don't even have a kettle in the chalet she had nothing to say.
- There were four double beds in the chalet which had no blankets and when they finally decided to bring the blankets they brought only two.
It's one thing as a service provider to acknowledge your mistake and try to compensate your guests but its completely a different thing when you're rude about it and even refuse to listen.
