Goal removed from system and no points allocated

I had a goal on line to get 1050 points for maintaining my blood pressure. The date to achieve goal online was 15.02.2013, I achieve my goal but when I contacted the call center to find when the points will be awarded to me, the consultant informed me that the end date for the goal was 15.03.2013 although the achievement date online was 15.02.2013. so I waited expecting to see the points awarded on 15.03.2013. but on the 15.03.2013 no points was awarded, so I called the call center and I was told that the points will loaded later that or by the next. So I waited again, Only to go on leave and return to work on the 25.03.2013 and see that my goal was removed and no points was awarded to me. So i called the call center again only for the consultant to tell me that i never had that as a goal. like really now? I am so stupid to have seen the goal everytime i logged onto my proile online, am I that stupid to imagine conversations with the call center staff?
