On 27/2/2013 I went to Bonitas'offices in Roodepoort and met with a Verona about two queries for my dads medical aid:

One of these was an outstanding amount on Lancet account that required Lab Forms. This does not seem to have been resolved although I received a SMS shortly thereafter to say it was being looked into.

On 25 March I sent an enquiry to Bonitas regarding the query. And still no acknowledgement of my email or the status of the Calim. Refer Reference numbers: 270213QS35h5 and 270213QS361Y1
