Dear Client - "We could not give a! "

I received a sms a month ago stating that I have not paid my Dec subscription - funny that as Resolution has a debit order against my account. So I phone and is informed that its actually my Jan subscription. So to assist them (go figure) I send through my bank statements which clearly stated that RESOMED deductions are up to date.
Then they go right ahead and do a double deduction beginning March. After a lot of shouting from my part (and always being the one to follow up) I was told that they will not deduct for April.
So guess what happens - April comes and another deduction is made.
I send an email to Venus Patterson, Adel Nieman and Priscilla Ford at 7:28 and in true Resolution Health form, not one of them replies. I phone at 16:20 where I am told by the switchboard operator Debbie that Priscilla (manager) is not in anymore. Then - wanting to speak to her boss - Chris is not in either.
Then the most precious of all - when I asked who the CEO is, I am told that she cannot give me his name at all. So a member of Resolution is not allowed to speak to the CEO?!
My suggestion: Change your slogan to clearly state that you are inaccessable, unavailable and don't give a!!
