I pay my monthly subscription via debit order, so at the beginning of Jan I discovered to my horror that Resolution Health have cleaned out my bank account, every last cent of my pension! When I called them, I was told that it was an error on their part. I explained my position 2 them, that I am without any money because they have deducted my entire income. They said there was nothing they could do & that I had 2 wait 2 weeks b4 the balance would b paid back into my account.
My other debit orders were returned by the bank, for which of course I'll have 2 pay penalties, which is not cheap. To crown it all, the financial institutions r also going 2 penalize me because the debit orders have been sent back by the bank. Not 2 mention money I''ve had 2 spend on phone calls 2 Resolution Health & the other financial institutions. I had 2 borrow money from relatives & friends 2 buy food & electricity.
Up 2 now I haven't heard anything from Resolution Health, nor has any refund been pd into my account. Service like this is absolutely pathetic & unacceptable.
