Not caring so much

I have called the Sizwe's call center since Tuesday the 02nd of April 2013 twice a day just to get them to mail me a conformation of membership which I need to submit to my employer. First of all you listen to their voice recordings for about 15min minimum before they answer, then they take your details in order to mail you what you have requested and promise that they will send it but as you can guess, that is were it stays.
