I sent in a request over 2 months ago via fax to cancel the health savings contribution and have the fax confirmation to confirm delivery.
At the end of the month my account was still debited the portion for the health savings. I then sent in another request and completed the form and sent it via e mail. I got a return e mail confirming delivery of the e mail from the customer service dept. at the end of the month my account has been debited again.
I find this disgusting and I demand that someone call me today and that I am credited the money back immediately too.
If this is not resolved correctly by the end of today I will cancel with momentum and go to another medical aid.
