THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE SUBMITTED A CLAIM TO MOMENTUM HEALTH, TO PHONE AND FOLLOW UP ON THE CLAIM A WEEK LATER TO FIND OUT THE CLAIM WAS NEVER PROCESSED DUE TO INCORRECT INFORMATION ON INVOICE. BUT YET, NO ONE WILL BOTHER TO PHONE YOU AND LET YOU KNOW!!! SO WHEN YOU EXCEPT YOUR REFUND A WEEK LATER, YOU HAVE TO PROCESS THE CLAIM AGAIN WITH NO SYMPATHY, BUT RUDE NON HELPFUL OPERATORS, AND THE MANAGERS DON'T BOTHER YOU PHONE YOU BACK, OR FIND OUT HOW THEY CAN HELP YOU. MEDICAL IS NOT CHEAP AND WITH SUCH A COMPANY, YOU WOULD EXPECT FAR BETTER SERVICE THAN THE RUBBISH SERVICE I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
