IS MOMENTUM TOO IMPORTANT TO CONTACT THEIR MEMBERS WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM ON THE CLAIM SUBMITTED???. THE CONSULTANT TOLD ME THIS MORNING THAT MOMENTUM WILL NOT PHONE BUT I THE MEMBER WILL FIND OUT IT IS NOT PAID WHEN I GET MY STATEMENT.. WHEN WILL THAT BE??? A DAY A MONTH A YEAR??? I AM TIRED OF THIS!!! FROM DAY 1 I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT NONSENSE FROM YOU PEOPLE. I WANT MY REFUND THIS WEEK!!! OTHERWISE I WILL CANCEL EVERYTHING . YOU PEOPLE ARE MAKING ME SICK!!! DONT BOTHER TO PHONE ME JUST PAY ME MY REFUND!!!
