Lack of communication

Hi there,

I submitted my Claim at Momentum to withdraw my Provident fund on the 05 of September and they advised that it would 3-6 weeks to process my claims.

I followed up my claim last week and I was told that my claim will be processed on the 15th of November. The 15th has come and gone and when I follow up with Rakesh he tells me that he will let me know what the hold up is but only to find out later that he actually left for the day.

I find it highly unacceptable that the day that my claim has to be processed I need to be following up with Momentum and Rakesh is not bothered at all.

Please can I get assisted with this.
