Frustrated with lack of consideration and service

My application to add a dependant ie. my mum was sent through two months ago and for some frustrating reason is still in the system. last call was made on 14Mar from the literal 100's of calls i made to them, the consultant said the med aid will finally be active on 1 April. i call yesterday and no reflection on the system, they wait for me to call and follow up before i get feedback. Suddenly in my inbox i find MORE forms to fill out. I AM SO FRUSTRATED... Discovery seriously needs a boot to reality. and btw my mum is in good health so no detrimental reason this should take so LONG!!! DISCOVERY CREDIT CARD HAS THE BEST SERVICE, WHAT IS LACKING IN THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT, ESPECIALLY NEW BUSINESS?
