I bought a pair of Tag Heuer glasses over a month ago. Firstly, I got them a week late. When i went to pick them up, the sales person broke the band of the frame and told me i may use it and he will order a new band that will arrive in a week. More than a week later he phoned me to say that they had received the wrong colour band but that they will get the correct one within a week. A week later i received an SMS (not even a phone call) to say that they have the correct band and that i must come in so that they may attach it to the frame. I was busy therefore i only went to them a further week later. When i arrived, the salesman took my glasses to the back then came back out telling me that he has once again ordered the wrong part!
I chose to buy my expensive frames from your shop even though i could have went to another optometrist. The least you can give me is good service!
