Absolutely appalling service

Sieff Optometrists was invited by our HR department to come and do a free Eye screening for all the employees. They visited our company on the 26th of April 2013, In which I were one of the employees that needed my eyes tested. It was the first time I ever tested my eyes and would have been the first time I would have gotten Glasses as well. I have placed an order for glasses and I was told that it would take 7 to 14 days. I received my glasses on the 23rd of May 2013, 19 days later, just to find that it's hurting my eyes so much I can not wear it. After logging a complaint, I only received a phone call on the 28th telling me that it might take another week for a retest. After HR sending them a mail it was agreed that they would come on the 31st of April. I got retested and was told it would take yet another 7 to 10 days. It is now the 11th of June, and I am now still without my glasses that has now been fully paid for. when I phoned them on the 10th of June I was told that it was only sent to the lab on the 7th of June. So I am absolute appalled at this ridicules service. I will never in my life advice anybody to go thru Sieff to get there eyes tested and to get glasses.
