Who cancelled my Vitality!!!???

I would just like to know who at Discovery actually cancelled my Vitatlity memebership? I DID NOT CANCEL it, and Virgin Active have called me to tell me that it was cancelled on the 31st Dec 2012. Please let me know what is going on, as i did not cancel it, and would like to continue with my membership.
