No response to query

I have logged a query with Discovery on a Chronic Payment 3 times (have 3 reference numbers 2751431313, 2764835393 and 2766024995). Each time since 28 Feb I get told someone will respond within 3 days and nothing.

Nobody appears to know what to do and therefore they hope by ignoring me, the problem will go away.

Very very poor service!!
