I'm slowly but surely losing my patience with Discovery. Every year they keep shifting the yard stick and i'm growing frustrated and highly irratated. Pre 2010, one could sign up for the for a once off fee and get free membership. So activated my membership in 2011 and was advised that i would have to pay only 20% of the subscription but should i be on diamond status and use my Discovery Card i would get to reimbused and my membership would be free. I'm on diamond status and now they have done away with the claus and i'm now liable for the 20% as previously regardless of my status. Now i don't really have an issue with the cost as it's very small but rather the fact that my benfits has changed year on year but members who signed up pre 2010's haven't (regarding the gym).

Last year i did the vitality assessment at the gym and recieved 15000 points for reaching Level 5, this year i reached level 5 (got a better fitness score) and only recieved 7500. I have recieved no communication whatsoever of any policy changes.
