Pharmacist that speak to customers like they want

We phoned the pharmacy to order my daughters chronic medication, the assistant put the phone down our ear, then when we phoned back she told her senior we scolded at her, The night when we went to fetch the medication we asked her about it and she said with a bad attitude that we did not scold but our attitude was scolding that is why she put the phone down, we ask Marinda where Yvette was and she said, verwat sal Yvette die tyd van die aand hier wees. So we ask her what her name is so she yelled Marinda and jump up showing her name tag, so we asked her surname and she said gan lees op die bord. I dont know how this work or does the medi clinic tell there staff they can speak to client like they want to, I thought for a medi clinic with a name like yours the service would be better for the money we paid for our daughters weeks stay in hospital but I would never recommend Panorama. It doesn't mean you have a degree you can treat customers like, I want something done about this is this is defamation of character and breaking of self esteem. Usually if you lodge a complaint nothing happens at these places as there staff is always right and the client needs the hospital.
